Laundry Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the pre‑opening team of Raffles The Red Sea, a flagship luxury resort within Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea Project. As a Laundry Attendant you will ensure that all guest linens and garments are cleaned, pressed, and presented to the highest standards of Raffles’ legendary service.

Key responsibilities

• Process laundry, dry‑cleaning and pressing following the Laundry Manager’s procedures.
• Handle laundry chemicals, solvents and spotting agents safely and accurately.
• Mark items with room numbers, inspect for stains, tears or foreign objects and report issues.
• Follow specific guest requests such as folding preferences, starch levels, and special handling.
• Weigh loads, operate and maintain laundry equipment, keeping it clean and functional.
• Participate in daily briefings, provide valet linen delivery, and support other operational tasks as needed.
• Maintain a tidy, organized and professional work area at all times.

Required profile

• 1–2 years experience in a similar role within a 5‑star or luxury hospitality environment.
• Average proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Impeccable grooming and professional appearance in line with luxury standards.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude and sense of ownership.
• Understanding of ultra‑luxury guest expectations and pre‑opening dynamics.
