Lead Account Manager – Hospitality (Saudi National) – Riyadh

About the role

As a Lead Account Manager for Hospitality at Honeywell in Riyadh, you will be responsible for managing and growing key hotel brand accounts. Your work will directly impact revenue growth and the company’s financial success by delivering tailored automation solutions and strengthening customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global account plans aligned with regional strategies to drive short‑ and long‑term growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives and key decision makers in major hotel brand accounts worldwide.
• Drive net new growth and increase share of wallet for assigned hospitality accounts.
• Collaborate with portfolio, marketing, and go‑to‑market leaders to co‑develop solutions for assigned accounts.
• Enable regional sales teams to win opportunities by providing strategic influence and ensuring pipeline sufficiency.
• Identify, track, and close net new opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Implement customer success strategies to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and retention of Honeywell solutions.
• Understand Honeywell hospitality building automation solutions to drive consultative solution selling.
• Translate customer requirements into tailored integrated offerings with global portfolio and engineering teams.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and continuously update the competitive landscape for the assigned accounts.
