Lead AI Generative Designer

About the role

This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on creating high‑quality, realistic, and consistent AI‑generated visual content at scale. You will own the quality of generated images while continuously improving realism, visual polish, approval rates, and business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the quality and consistency of AI‑generated visual content across production workflows.
• Create highly realistic, visually appealing images of models, personas, avatars and other subjects.
• Build and optimise scalable generative‑AI image‑production pipelines using tools such as Nano Banana Pro, Flux, ComfyUI and WaveSpeed.
• Design, maintain and automate repeatable ComfyUI workflows for batch generation.
• Integrate APIs, n8n and custom scripts to reduce manual effort and increase production volume.
• Define technical direction, align content streams and establish best‑practice standards for AI image generation.
• Research, evaluate and run experiments on emerging generative‑AI models and techniques.

Required profile

• Senior‑level ownership with the ability to operate independently.
• Strong visual taste and a highly developed eye for detail.
• Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to experiment with new technologies.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑changing generative‑AI environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ComfyUI and Flux (or comparable generative‑AI ecosystems).
• Proficiency using Nano Banana Pro, ChatGPT, WaveSpeed and other emerging AI image‑generation platforms.
• Automation and integration experience with APIs, n8n and scripting languages.
• Batch generation and automated content‑processing pipeline development.
• AI‑assisted coding or “vibecoding” approaches for production solutions.
