Lead Interior Designer – Riyadh

About the role

Havelock One Interiors is seeking a Lead Interior Designer to head design activities for turnkey fit‑out projects across Saudi Arabia. The role involves creating and managing interior designs for hospitality, residential, retail, entertainment and other sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Produce architectural plans and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and manual techniques for client and management approval.
• Gather measurements, dimensions and perform calculations to develop design layouts.
• Revise and adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, designers and project teams to ensure design coherence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with industry codes and legal standards.
• Supervise design activities, verify structural plan accuracy and resolve design issues during construction.
• Liaise with project managers and other departments to coordinate design and engineering schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• More than 8 years of interior fit‑out experience covering design, detailing, joinery and furniture installation.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept through delivery.
• Strong creative vision, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent mathematical and calculation skills.
