Lead MDM Architect

About the role

Eram Talent, a talent acquisition company, is looking for a Lead MDM (Master Data Management) Architect to join its team in Dhahran. The role develops and implements MDM strategies and solutions so that data is accurate, consistent and accessible across the organization, working closely with stakeholders to define data requirements and design frameworks that improve data quality and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Data Management strategy to meet business needs and improve data quality.
• Work with business stakeholders, executives and technology departments to turn requirements into MDM architecture solutions.
• Lead the design and architecture of MDM solutions, considering scalability, performance and integration with existing systems.
• Define and enforce MDM architectural standards, frameworks and methodologies, and set data governance policies and standards.
• Provide expertise in data modelling, data profiling, data quality assessments and data model management.
• Collaborate with Data Quality and MDM teams on architectural oversight, standards and mentorship.
• Analyse data consumption patterns and recommend emerging technologies, tools and platforms to strengthen MDM capabilities.
• Take part in designing, implementing and maintaining enterprise technology systems, and run regular architecture audits.
• Support planning and execution of technology projects and stay up to date with MDM trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data management or related roles, including at least 5 years in MDM.
• Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) preferred.
• Proven ability to design and implement MDM frameworks that improve data quality and accessibility.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage several projects at once.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of MDM tools such as Informatica MDM, Talend or SAP MDG.
• Experience with data modelling, data integration and data quality management.
• In-depth understanding of data governance concepts and best practices.
