About the role
Riyadh Air is seeking a detail‑oriented HR professional to lead its People Services function. The role oversees end‑to‑end delivery of HR transactions, benefit enrolments and data management across the full employee lifecycle for a fast‑growing airline.
Key responsibilities
- Execute HR transactions, manage benefit enrolments and maintain accurate employee records.
- Administer e‑government platforms Qiwa and GOSI, applying Saudi labour law and internal policies.
- Resolve employee and stakeholder queries and support performance‑cycle administration.
- Produce HR dashboards and reports, translating data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Lead day‑to‑day People Services operations, guide team members on policies, processes and systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance cycle time, quality and employee experience.
Required profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with strong employee‑lifecycle management, including off‑boarding and contract administration.
- Proven knowledge of Saudi labour law and internal governance.
- Excellent organisational, judgement and communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
Required skills
- Oracle HRIS/HCM platforms.
- Experience with Qiwa and GOSI e‑government systems.
- Proficiency in HRIS and HCM software management.
