Lead Solutions Architect

About the role

Acuative Middle East is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to drive the design and architecture of its network and data‑center infrastructure across Saudi Arabia. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on technical expertise to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of all IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of network and data‑center architects and engineers, setting goals and conducting performance reviews.
• Develop and maintain the overall architecture for network, data‑center, collaboration, contact‑center, and security solutions.
• Design and implement advanced ACI, routing, and switching solutions, ensuring scalability and high availability.
• Architect collaboration and contact‑center platforms with seamless integration.
• Define and enforce comprehensive security architectures covering network, endpoint, and data protection.
• Oversee the deployment of network management and monitoring tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in designing and managing complex IT environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Strong understanding of business objectives and ability to align architecture accordingly.
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
