About the role
The Learning and Development Manager will support the Personnel Department within the Human Resources Division at Grand Hyatt Al Khobar, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role focuses on overseeing learning initiatives and maintaining high standards of administrative performance.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Training Manager or Assistant Training Manager in a larger operation.
- Strong presentation, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
