Learning and Development Manager

About the role

The Learning and Development Manager will lead the company’s L&D function, designing and delivering training programs that boost employee capabilities across retail and back‑office operations. This role partners with business leaders to align learning initiatives with strategic objectives and drive performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Learning & Development strategy that supports business goals.
• Identify training needs and design onboarding, technical, leadership, sales, and customer‑service programs.
• Manage internal and external trainers to ensure consistent delivery across all locations.
• Establish KPIs, implement automated performance appraisal systems, and monitor employee development.
• Design and maintain organizational structures, job descriptions, job analysis, and job evaluation frameworks.
• Conduct salary and market benchmarking and support career‑progression initiatives.
• Measure training effectiveness using performance metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training records, learning materials, and HR systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Excellent time‑management, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
