Learning Coordinator – Saudi National

About the role

We are looking for a Learning Coordinator (Saudi National) to join the pre‑opening team at Grand Hyatt The Red Sea. Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you will help ensure the smooth operation of the Learning department and support the delivery of training programmes across all hotel functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Learning & Development Manager in planning and implementing training initiatives.
• Coordinate learning activities, schedule sessions and manage training calendars.
• Maintain training records, prepare reports and handle administrative tasks related to learning programmes.
• Support onboarding and continuous learning programmes for colleagues.
• Promote a culture of learning and employee engagement throughout the property.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or Hospitality Management.
• Previous operational hotel experience is an advantage.
• Strong administrative, organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and pay close attention to detail.
• Passion for learning and development with a positive attitude and eagerness to grow within Hyatt.
