Learning & Development Trainer – Cleaning & Housekeeping

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to raise the competence of cleaning and housekeeping teams across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on delivering high‑impact training that supports operational excellence and compliance with health, safety and infection‑control standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging onboarding and refresher training for cleaning and housekeeping staff.
• Teach cleaning techniques, proper equipment usage and safety procedures.
• Create training materials, standard operating procedures and practical session plans.
• Ensure all activities comply with hygiene, health & safety and infection‑control regulations.
• Assess staff competency, identify skill gaps and recommend development actions.
• Support site mobilisations and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping or facility‑management training.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals and equipment.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Experience working with multicultural teams.
• Train‑the‑Trainer certification is a plus.
