Legal Advisor – Government Products

About the role

The Legal Advisor will provide comprehensive legal support and advisory services to the Government Products business units, covering contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and risk management throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal opinions, advice, and guidance on commercial and operational matters.
• Interpret applicable laws, regulations, and governmental requirements affecting products and services.
• Draft, review, amend, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
• Identify legal gaps, liabilities, and obligations within contractual arrangements and recommend mitigations.
• Support government products, services, and digital initiatives by reviewing new products, enhancements, and business models for legal compliance.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business operations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks associated with contracts, operations, products, and partnerships.
• Support corporate legal matters related to commercial activities and strategic transactions, including due diligence.
