Legal Advisory Manager (KSA National)

About the role

The Legal Advisory Manager supports the Legal Department by handling legal research, document preparation, KYC and due diligence, and basic legal advice. The role also ensures the integrity, organization, and compliance of all legal documents.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Legal Director on key projects and corporate initiatives.
• Maintain interactions with local, regional, and international governmental bodies.
• Develop and implement systems for organizing, storing, and retrieving legal documents.
• Create and update documentation policies to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Support team members in best‑practice document management and use of document management systems.
• Ensure proper retention and destruction of legal documents according to laws and company policy.
• Prepare for audits by keeping records organized and accessible.
• Monitor legal technology trends and evaluate new document management tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent legal experience.
• 2–6+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, progressing through roles such as Paralegal or Legal Manager.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with a focus on multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to document management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with document management software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
