Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to join a fast‑growing technology company that provides digital trust infrastructure. The role is fully remote and focuses on supporting commercial operations, managing legal risk and building scalable legal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage commercial agreements such as customer contracts, supplier and partnership agreements, NDAs and other business documents.
• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on contractual matters, risk assessment and negotiation strategies.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, legal playbooks, approval frameworks and internal guidelines.
• Coordinate with external counsel and monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments.
• Support business growth by participating in customer and partner discussions, advising on digital agreements and regulatory considerations.
• Act as a key stakeholder for contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, improving templates, clause libraries and approval workflows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and implementation teams to ensure legal functionality is practical and scalable.
• Contribute to thought‑leadership initiatives and knowledge‑sharing within the legal team.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer, admitted to practice and experienced in commercial and corporate law.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to provide practical, business‑focused legal guidance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to work cross‑functionally.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management and drafting of various commercial agreements.
