Legal Counsel

About the role

As a Legal Counsel at noon, you will provide practical, business‑focused legal advice to key business verticals, acting as the first point of contact for legal matters and helping the company grow while managing risk.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day legal support on commercial and operational issues.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.
• Serve as the primary legal contact for disputes, claims and potential litigation.
• Represent the company before relevant authorities when required.
• Advise internal teams on legal risks, regulatory requirements and local Saudi laws.
• Lead negotiations on non‑standard contracts and escalate complex matters.
• Apply legal templates and frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Identify, flag and manage recurring legal risks.
• Support dispute resolution, claims assessment and settlement processes.
• Deliver legal work within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• 4–7 years of relevant legal experience, especially in commercial contracts and dispute management.
• Strong understanding of Saudi laws and the regulatory environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
