Legal Dispute Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Legal Dispute Executive to manage legal recovery and enforcement of financial claims in Saudi Arabia. The role involves handling collections, coordinating court procedures, and negotiating with tenants to resolve debt matters while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle legal collection cases and follow up with tenants for payment recovery.
• Prepare and update statements of dues for enforcement or court referral.
• Coordinate and execute legal procedures for enforcement requests via Najiz and other platforms.
• Conduct field visits to tenants and Najiz offices as needed.
• Manage legal processes related to grace periods, payment scheduling, or financial claims.
• File claims with the General Court for non‑executive contracts.
• Track, report, and update the status of outstanding court cases and collections.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
• Negotiate effectively with tenants and represent the company in enforcement cases.
• Coordinate property eviction processes as per court rulings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in legal collections or debt recovery.
• License to practice law (mandatory).
• Experience handling court procedures and enforcement requests.
• Knowledge of Saudi laws and legal documentation processes.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred for field visits).

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Saudi legal and enforcement systems (Najiz, General Court, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Field collection and legal follow‑up expertise.
• Proficiency in preparing legal and financial reports.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
