Legal Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Manager to join our privately‑owned Saudi business in Khobar. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will act as the chief legal advisor, supporting senior leadership with strategic and operational guidance across a diversified, technically‑driven organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel to senior management and the board.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements, policies and other legal documents.
• Lead all litigation, dispute and arbitration matters, coordinating with external counsel.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, corporate governance standards and internal policies.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal and commercial risks while supporting business growth and cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in private practice, in‑house legal roles, or a combination of both.
• Proven experience handling commercial contracts, procurement, governance, compliance, risk management and regulatory matters.
• Demonstrated ability to manage litigation, disputes and arbitration, including oversight of external legal advisors.
• Experience in operational sectors such as construction, facilities management, engineering or infrastructure.
