Legal Specialist – Tamheer Internship

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Legal Specialist to join our Finance Team through the Tamheer program in Jeddah. This entry‑level position provides hands‑on exposure to corporate legal work, allowing you to develop practical skills while supporting day‑to‑day business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on daily business operations, contracts, and transactions.
• Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance.
• Support the Legal Supervisor in litigation, arbitration, and dispute‑resolution cases.
• Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and internal reports for stakeholders.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, ensuring proper documentation and follow‑up.
• Monitor legislative changes and advise management on their impact.
• Assist in developing internal policies, procedures, and training programs to mitigate legal risks.
• Guide departments on contract handling, documentation, and risk mitigation.
• Represent the company before judicial authorities and official bodies when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Eligibility for the Tamheer program.
• Good command of English is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
