Legal Specialist – Tamheer Internship

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Legal Specialist to join our Finance Team through the Tamheer Program. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in corporate legal affairs, supporting day‑to‑day operations, contracts, and dispute resolution within a dynamic Saudi company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on routine business activities, contracts and transactions.
• Draft, review and revise contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Assist the Legal Supervisor with litigation, arbitration and dispute‑resolution cases.
• Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations and precedents.
• Prepare legal opinions, memoranda and internal reports for stakeholders.
• Liaise with external counsel, monitor legislative changes and advise management.
• Support the development of internal policies, procedures and training programs.
• Guide departments on contract handling, documentation and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Eligibility for the Tamheer Program.
• Detail‑oriented and motivated to learn.
• Good command of English is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
