About the role
Join Hilton’s hospitality team as a Lifeguard and help create memorable experiences for guests by ensuring a safe and clean pool environment. You will be the front‑line guardian of swimmer safety while delivering the warm, welcoming service Hilton is known for.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of all swimmers in the pool area.
- Enforce pool rules and safe swimming practices.
- Inspect facilities for cleanliness and perform general pool cleaning and maintenance throughout the shift.
- Respond to emergencies by following the established action plan and procedures.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Hilton’s hospitality standards.
