Logistic Service Executive

About the role
Coordinate and execute customer orders in line with requirements and BDP Ethics, ensuring punctual and flawless handling.
Key responsibilities
- Manage order processing, plausibility analysis, planning, booking and transportation orders.
- Coordinate shipment follow‑up, customs processing (export/import), documentation, invoicing and filing.
- Provide customer feedback via mail, phone or EDI and handle operational troubleshooting.
- Report non‑conformances according to KPIs and cooperate with approved subcontractors.
- Conduct freight audit payments and ensure end‑to‑end processing of orders.
- Maintain punctual and flawless order handling and documentation.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of detailed experience in logistics and forwarding operations, regulations and documentation.
- Professional degree in logistics or forwarding from a licensed institution (preferred).
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with market‑leading logistics software applications.
