Logistics Analyst I – Warehouse Operations (Saudi National)

About the role

Honeywell is seeking a Logistics Analyst I to support warehouse and distribution operations in Dammam. The role serves as the main liaison between plant management, supply planning, vendors, finance and freight forwarders, ensuring smooth material flow for production and outbound shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound receipting, stock intake, order release and packing to meet production schedules.
• Manage outbound processes including order creation, distribution to Riyadh DC, courier and freight forwarder arrangements.
• Maintain warehouse KPIs, conduct cycle counts, physical inventories and ensure accurate SAP transaction posting.
• Oversee 3PL activities, validate invoices against purchase orders and monitor transporters for on‑time delivery.
• Implement KABAN, Lean (HOS) practices and safety standards within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with buyers on excess, shortages and damage reports, and participate in cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Experience in warehouse operations and logistics coordination.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to monitor and report productivity metrics.
• Familiarity with supply planning, material management and vendor interaction.

Required skills

• SAP for material and inventory transactions.
• KABAN implementation for production flow.
• Lean (HOS) methodology for continuous improvement.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) usage.
