Logistics Coordinator – Factory & Site Coordination

About the role

Coordinate the movement of materials, equipment and project requirements between the factory and installation sites to support timely and smooth project execution. The role works closely with factory, site, warehouse, transport and project teams in Riyadh to ensure materials are prepared, dispatched, delivered and received according to installation schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between the factory and installation sites, managing material readiness, dispatch and delivery schedules.
• Track loading, transportation and receipt of materials, ensuring they reach the correct site, location and project.
• Review delivery notes, packing lists and dispatch documents to verify quantities and compliance with site requirements.
• Maintain records of dispatched, delivered, pending and returned materials and report any shortages, damages or delays.
• Coordinate urgent or priority deliveries based on site execution needs.
• Highlight material shortages or delivery risks that may affect installation progress.
• Provide regular logistics status updates to factory, site and project teams and follow up on open actions until delivery is confirmed.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in logistics or material coordination.
