About the role

Relia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to act as the primary liaison between the sales team and the supply‑chain operations in Jeddah. The role ensures smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and effective resolution of any logistics‑related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for the sales team regarding orders, deliveries, and logistics inquiries.
• Provide proactive updates on order status, delivery schedules, and potential delays.
• Handle sales‑team complaints about delivery damages, shortages, or delays and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to guarantee timely order preparation and dispatch.
• Monitor daily deliveries, follow up on pending or failed deliveries, and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare daily and weekly logistics and customer‑service reports.
• Support invoicing verification by confirming delivery completion and identifying discrepancies.
• Identify recurring delivery issues and recommend process improvements.
• Facilitate cross‑functional coordination among sales, finance, warehouse, and transportation teams.

Required profile

• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics coordination, customer service, or supply‑chain support.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a proactive problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions and data entry).
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as D365, SAP, or Oracle.
