Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Fonterra is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day dispatch and shipment activities for SNZMP/NFIC‑sourced customer orders in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures smooth transportation, accurate documentation, and timely invoicing across domestic and export operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare documentation and arrange transportation for daily dispatches.
• Ensure on‑time system invoicing for domestic and export orders.
• Generate dispatch documents such as Health Certificates, Certificates of Origin, and Veterinary Certificates.
• Track transporter invoices and coordinate payments in JDE.
• Enter and reconcile customer orders in Customer Connect and JDE.
• Update shipment schedules and share weekly/monthly plans with transporters.
• Obtain required dispatch/shipment documents from ministries and clearing agents.
• Maintain logistics KPIs and produce monthly dispatch reports.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Procurement, Quality, Finance, Production, and Planning teams.
• Adapt to market‑specific requirements, especially for Iraq and emerging markets.

Required profile

• Diploma or University Degree.
• Certification in MS Office (preferred).
• Proficiency in Arabic (read & write) and good English communication.
• More than 3 years of experience in logistics, procurement, warehouse, finance or related fields, preferably FMCG.
• Willingness to support Saudization initiatives.
