Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage our end‑to‑end supply chain processes. The successful candidate will ensure efficient transportation, storage, and coordination of goods to meet company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire logistics process from procurement to delivery, coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and carriers.
• Plan and execute transportation strategies to optimise routes, reduce costs, and monitor shipment schedules.
• Prepare and manage all shipping documentation, including customs paperwork, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics inquiries, collaborating with sales and customer service teams.
• Identify and resolve logistical challenges such as delays, damages, and discrepancies, and implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in logistics coordination.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, transportation regulations, and inventory management.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of airfreight, express shipments, LTL, FTL, ocean and bulk shipping.

Required skills

• Proficiency with logistics software.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
