Logistics Coordinator – Project Operations (Tabuk, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support its CPMO Project Department in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The role ensures smooth movement and availability of project assets, equipment, accommodation, and transportation across multiple regional sites.

Key responsibilities

• Track and manage project assets, equipment, and fleet across all sites.
• Coordinate site access, transportation arrangements, and accommodation allocation.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and ensure compliance with project procedures.
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and service providers to resolve logistics issues.
• Monitor and enforce KSA logistics regulations, customs, and security protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of logistics coordination, asset management, or site support experience in large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian logistics regulations and local site security procedures.

Required skills

• End‑to‑end supply chain management.
