About the role
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support day‑to‑day logistics operations for a high‑profile international football tournament. The role will manage equipment and material movements, deliveries and coordinate with suppliers, drivers and venue teams across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate deliveries, collections and movement of equipment and materials.
- Track logistics requests, deliveries and equipment movements.
- Work with suppliers, drivers, contractors and venue teams to ensure timely execution.
- Assist with receiving, checking and distributing materials and equipment.
- Support venue logistics activities before and during tournament operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in logistics, supply chain or transportation coordination, preferably within the Saudi Arabian market.
Required skills
- Proficiency with logistics/ERP software.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
