Logistics Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead our import, export and domestic transportation activities across Saudi Arabia. The role ensures that all logistics operations are efficient, cost‑effective and aligned with production and sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, train and improve the performance of the Logistics team.
• Design and execute strategies to meet departmental objectives.
• Monitor customs regulations and ensure compliance at all ports.
• Oversee import procedures to guarantee timely delivery of required products.
• Manage export operations to support global sales goals.
• Control import/export costs against budgets and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise domestic shipments from the main warehouse to subsidiary locations.
• Coordinate daily with internal departments to meet shipping requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customs clearance, invoices and shipping documents.
• Prepare periodic reports for management and ensure product registration on government platforms.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in logistics, shipping, import and export operations.
• Hands‑on experience dealing with customs authorities and government agencies.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex transportation networks.
