Logistics Manager – PMC

About the role

Egis is seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Manager to join its consultancy team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on overseeing logistics operations, coordinating supply‑chain activities, and managing vendors to ensure seamless delivery of materials, equipment, permits and documentation for multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end logistics, including procurement, inventory control and distribution across client engagements.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies that improve supply‑chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, monitor performance and resolve delays.
• Track pending actions, approvals and risks with consultants and stakeholders, ensuring smooth project flow.
• Review logistics plans and related documents for completeness, compliance and alignment with project requirements.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, support project teams, and coordinate meetings and communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics or supply‑chain management, preferably within construction or engineering projects.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and maintain operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
