Logistics Optimization Assistant Manager

About the role

The Logistics Optimization Assistant Manager will drive initiatives that reduce delivery times, improve on‑time performance and enhance the overall customer experience across multiple cities. You will work closely with data, operations and rider teams to fine‑tune dispatch algorithms, shift planning and stacked order handling.

Key responsibilities

• Reduce delivery time across all stages from order dispatch to final delivery.
• Increase on‑time deliveries by improving system estimations and reducing outliers.
• Optimize dispatch algorithms to minimise early cancellations.
• Analyse customer delivery experience and influence NPS improvements.
• Optimize stacked orders for cost‑per‑order (CPO) and rider experience.
• Transition cities from on‑demand to shift‑based models, including forecasting rider demand and zoning.
• Lead initiatives such as recruiting college students as freelance riders.
• Enhance rider performance through Issue Service and Rooster Compliance tools.
• Support daily operations, reporting, and adherence to governance policies.
• Participate in talent identification, recruitment and people‑management for the department.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain processes and finance concepts.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven decision‑making ability.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
