Logistics Optimization Assistant Manager

About the role

Delivery Hero’s Hungerstation brand is seeking a Logistics Optimization Assistant Manager to drive faster deliveries, improve on‑time performance, and enhance rider efficiency across Riyadh. You will work on end‑to‑end delivery processes, from order dispatch to final hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Reduce delivery time across all stages by optimizing dispatch algorithms and minimizing early cancellations.
• Increase on‑time deliveries through better system estimations and outlier reduction.
• Analyze customer delivery experience to boost NPS scores.
• Optimize stacked orders for cost‑per‑order (CPO) savings while maintaining service quality.
• Transition cities from on‑demand to shift models, forecasting rider demand and zoning.
• Lead initiatives such as recruiting college students as freelance riders.
• Enhance rider daily performance via Issue Service and Rooster Compliance tools.
• Support governance by following policies, identifying process improvements, and preparing accurate reports.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of relevant logistics or supply‑chain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Basic knowledge of finance and supply‑chain concepts.

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Analytical skills for data‑driven optimization.
