Logistics & Procurement Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics & Procurement Coordinator will support project operations by managing the end‑to‑end procurement process and coordinating local and international logistics. The role ensures materials are sourced on time, shipments comply with Saudi regulations, and communication flows smoothly between project, supply‑chain and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions, generate purchase orders in the ERP system and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Obtain, compare and negotiate quotations from approved suppliers, following up on open orders to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate shipments by liaising with freight forwarders, customs agents and transport providers, and manage all shipping documentation.
• Monitor shipment progress, provide status updates and ensure compliance with Saudi customs, ZATCA and other regulatory requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact between project, supply‑chain and finance teams, expediting urgent materials and resolving issues that could affect timelines.
• Support inventory movements, ensure correct ERP transactions and uphold HSE and legal compliance for handling, storage and transportation of goods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics and procurement coordination, preferably in project‑based or industrial environments.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia, with knowledge of Saudi customs, import/export procedures and local supplier markets.
• Strong coordination, follow‑up and communication abilities.
