Logistics & Procurement Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics & Procurement Supervisor to lead end‑to‑end procurement, logistics and warehouse operations for our jewelry business in Riyadh. Reporting to the VP Operations, you will ensure timely availability of materials, cost‑effective movement of goods and compliance with Saudi customs regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead local and international purchasing activities, including sourcing, quotation analysis, supplier negotiations and purchase order management.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, freight forwarding, shipping documentation, customs clearance and final delivery.
• Supervise warehouse operations such as receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, stock control, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Manage B2B and B2C fulfillment, including e‑commerce orders, last‑mile delivery and returns.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics service providers, monitoring SLAs and cost effectiveness.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities across purchasing, transportation, warehousing and working‑capital management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, delegated authorities and Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop the Procurement, Logistics and Warehouse teams, setting KPIs and monitoring performance.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply‑chain or warehouse operations, preferably in retail, manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of KSA logistics, customs clearance and import regulations.
• Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage third‑party logistics providers.
• Experience supervising teams and driving operational KPIs.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
