Logistics Project Manager

About the role

The Logistics Project Manager will lead logistics activities for the SEC 2 Bulk Program, ensuring inbound, outbound, V2V, repairs and warranty operations meet business fulfillment requirements across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface with customers and internal business teams to develop and manage logistics plans for SEC 2 projects.
• Lead OTR (over‑the‑road) activities, propose consolidation options and execute shipping transactions.
• Coordinate technical, logistical and operational matters between customers, Saudi project managers and global logistics coordinators.
• Supervise project milestones, timelines, expenses and risk registers in partnership with the SEC 2 logistics team in France and the KSA supply‑chain leader.
• Verify import documentation with customs specialists and ensure timely customs clearance to avoid penalties, storage or demurrage costs.
• Maintain master packing lists, handle shipping administration, and produce KPI reports such as EAC, actual costs and premium charges.
• Act as the single point of contact for freight forwarders and internal/external stakeholders requiring logistics solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end logistics projects, including inbound/outbound flows and warranty handling.
• Strong knowledge of DDP incoterms and Saudi customs regulations.
• Ability to track and report risks, opportunities and financial KPIs (e.g., $/kg, demerges, premium charges).
• Excellent coordination skills with cross‑functional teams in multiple regions.
