Logistics Representative

About the role

The Logistics Representative will coordinate logistics activities across multiple project sites, manage project assets, and ensure efficient allocation of resources. This position demands strong organisational abilities, meticulous record‑keeping, and effective collaboration with internal teams, contractors and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project assets, personnel, and equipment across various work locations.
• Maintain accurate asset registers, inventory records, and equipment logs.
• Support site access processes, including onboarding, permits and security clearances.
• Oversee vehicle allocation, usage, maintenance and fleet tracking for the project management centre (PMC).
• Manage PMC accommodation, including room assignments and occupancy records.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure timely availability of resources.
• Monitor logistics activities for compliance with project policies and procedures.
• Assist with equipment account management, logistics documentation and audit preparation.
• Investigate and resolve logistics‑related issues to minimise disruptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics, operations or asset management, preferably on large‑scale projects.
• Proven knowledge of asset management, inventory control and equipment tracking.
• Experience in transportation logistics, fleet coordination and vehicle allocation.
• Ability to manage accommodation planning and camp operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of project governance, compliance requirements and analytical process improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with logistics tracking systems.
