Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our growing team in Riyadh. In this role you will manage logistics operations, ensuring efficient movement of raw materials and finished products within a fast‑paced coffee manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Manage transportation activities and liaise with logistics service providers, freight forwarders, and suppliers.
• Track inventory movements and maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure smooth supply‑chain operations.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
• Resolve logistics and transportation issues promptly and effectively.
• Analyze logistics performance and prepare reports on transportation costs, delivery performance, and inventory movement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation across logistics operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation or warehouse operations.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage, FMCG or manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, transportation coordination and supply‑chain processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP systems.
