Loss Prevention Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Loss Prevention Supervisor to protect guests, employees and assets at our luxury hotel in Diriyah. The role combines security patrols, emergency response and guest service to ensure a safe environment for all visitors and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms and assist guests with room access.
• Conduct emergency‑response drills, daily safety inspections, investigations and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels, authorize and document access to restricted zones.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR or summon EMS as required.
• Gather incident information, complete confidential reports and release information only to authorized personnel.
• Defuse disturbances, resolve safety hazards and handle guest complaints in accordance with company policies.
• Escort unwelcome persons from the premises and ensure compliance with alcoholic‑beverage regulations.
• Assist management with training, coaching and acting as a role model for fair‑treatment policies.
• Maintain professional appearance, uphold confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.

Required profile

• Physical ability to stand, walk or run for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb unassisted.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and staff.
• Ability to work independently, make quick decisions and maintain composure in emergency situations.
• Commitment to confidentiality, quality standards and adherence to company policies.
