Low-Code / Full-Stack Automation Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Business Automation Developer who can translate operational challenges into efficient, technology‑driven solutions. This remote position blends business analysis with hands‑on development, allowing you to create low‑code workflows and custom applications that streamline internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing business processes and pinpoint automation opportunities.
• Design and implement workflow automations using n8n or comparable tools such as Make, Zapier, or Pipedream.
• Develop custom internal tools, dashboards, portals, and workflow systems with Laravel and PHP.
• Integrate disparate platforms via REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and database connections.
• Leverage AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development.
• Create forms, approval flows, reporting utilities, CRM‑related automations, and data synchronization processes for departments like sales, finance, HR, and support.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and continuously improve existing automation workflows and Laravel applications.
• Document technical designs, integration logic, and user guides; test solutions for reliability and performance.

Required profile

• Technical background with a strong interest in process optimisation.
• Experience building low‑code automations and custom web applications.
• Ability to work closely with non‑technical stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Proactive attitude toward suggesting better tools and approaches.

Required skills

• n8n (or similar workflow automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, Pipedream)
• Laravel framework and PHP programming
• REST APIs, webhooks, JSON handling
• MySQL or PostgreSQL databases
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS)
