Loyalty & Partnership Manager

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Bank‑wide Loyalty & Partnerships will design, implement and manage the bank’s loyalty programmes and strategic partnerships. The role is on‑site in Riyadh and focuses on boosting customer engagement, retention and revenue through a compelling rewards ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and continuously enhance the bank’s loyalty and rewards programmes, overseeing points accrual, redemption and campaign execution.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard strategic partners across retail, travel, hospitality and lifestyle sectors, negotiating commercial terms and managing ongoing relationships.
• Plan and launch targeted loyalty campaigns, collaborating with marketing to promote offers across digital and physical channels.
• Track and analyse performance metrics (engagement, redemption rates, ROI) and produce dashboards and reports for senior management.
• Ensure a seamless loyalty experience across all touchpoints, addressing pain points and aligning initiatives with the broader customer journey.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, digital, cards, CRM, analytics, IT) and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and procurement standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in loyalty programme management or partnership development, preferably within the banking sector.
• Demonstrated ability to drive customer engagement, retention and revenue growth through data‑driven initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
