Join an icon of luxury at the upcoming Four Seasons Red Sea, located on the breathtaking Shura Island. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the face of our ultra-luxury resort, delivering unparalleled service that transcends expectations in one of the world's most beautiful destinations.
Missions principales
- Provide a seamless and warm welcome to all guests, ensuring a flawless check-in and check-out process.
- Anticipate and proactively address the unique needs of each guest to offer personalized recommendations and thoughtful gestures.
- Handle a wide variety of guest inquiries and requests with precision, efficiency, and a high level of professionalism.
- Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure all guest preferences are met and special requests are executed perfectly.
- Uphold the highest standards of luxury service while respecting the resort's commitment to sustainability and environmental excellence.
Profil recherché
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality or high-end customer service environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with international clientele.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A passion for delivering authentic luxury service and creating lasting memories for guests.
- Commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable luxury practices.
Competences requises
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a significant asset).
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and standard office software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
