About the role

Rosewood AMAALA is hosting an exclusive recruitment Open Day in Al‑Madinah to build the founding team for its ultra‑luxury resort on the Red Sea. Candidates are invited to explore a range of hospitality and technical positions that will shape the guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

Welcome guests and manage reservations as a Hostess or Bell Desk Associate.
Deliver personalized dining service as Waiter/Waitress, Barista, or F&B Administrator.
Maintain spa facilities, provide therapeutic treatments, and ensure a tranquil environment as Spa Therapist or Spa Attendant.
Support resort operations by overseeing engineering systems and routine maintenance as an Engineering Technician.

Required profile

Passion for luxury hospitality and high‑level guest service.
Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
