Luxury Hotel Laundry Valet

About the role

Join the pre‑opening team of Raffles The Red Sea and provide premium laundry valet service to ultra‑luxury guests. You will be responsible for the seamless collection, processing, and delivery of guest laundry and dry‑cleaning items while upholding the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver guest laundry and dry‑cleaning items punctually and professionally.
• Count, verify, and record items against guest laundry lists, ensuring accurate guest names, room numbers, and item counts.
• Inspect garments for damage, stains, or items left in pockets and report any issues immediately.
• Follow Raffles and LQA brand standards throughout the pick‑up and delivery process.
• Execute guest‑specific instructions such as folding, light starching, or special handling.
• Record laundry charges for guests and staff, and assist with uniform tracking.
• Support general valet duties, including fresh linen delivery and inventory assistance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Impeccable grooming, personal presentation, and hygiene.
• High attention to detail, guest‑focused mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in pre‑opening projects, including coordination, scheduling, and document control.
• Proactive, accountable, and able to anticipate guest needs.
