Luxury Travel & Concierge Specialist

About the role

WOSOL Concierge is seeking a Luxury Travel & Concierge Specialist to design and manage premium travel experiences for high‑net‑worth clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring every itinerary is flawlessly executed from booking to post‑travel follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries.
• Book flights, hotels, transportation, and related travel services.
• Coordinate luxury travel experiences and handle VIP requests.
• Manage visa applications and travel documentation.
• Communicate with global suppliers, hotels, airlines, and destination partners.
• Prepare quotations and travel proposals for clients.
• Provide prompt, professional support before, during, and after travel.
• Ensure all bookings are accurate and completed within deadlines.
• Maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in travel, tourism, or luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional service quality.
• Passion for luxury travel and customer experience.

Required skills

• Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
