Machine Operator – Structured Packing

About the role

The Machine Operator will run and monitor production machinery in Sulzer’s Dammam facility. You will ensure that equipment operates efficiently, products meet quality standards, and all safety procedures are followed.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery according to written instructions.
• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality, reporting any defects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Record production data and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Vocational training or equivalent experience (up to 2 years in a similar role).
• Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and physical stamina.
• Willingness to learn and work effectively in a team.
• Familiarity with production tools and equipment is a plus.
