Maintenance Agent‑Technician (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

As a Maintenance Agent‑Technician you will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel facilities and equipment operate safely and efficiently. You will work closely with the operations team to deliver a high‑standard guest experience through proactive maintenance and swift issue resolution. This role is based on our property in Saudi Arabia and offers the chance to develop your technical expertise within a global hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on the property's facilities and equipment.
• Identify safety issues throughout the property and take immediate corrective action.
• Assist guests with information and support regarding property facilities.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain various equipment to ensure a safe, functional environment.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and report to management.
• Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs.

Required profile

• Relevant building maintenance experience (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable and able to work independently.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies.
• Valid work permit for Saudi Arabia if required.
