Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Coordinator to support our fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will drive preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring safety, environmental and quality compliance while maximizing equipment reliability and uptime.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance across production lines.
• Develop weekly and monthly maintenance schedules to minimise production disruption.
• Create, prioritise and track work orders through ERP systems.
• Monitor and optimise spare‑parts inventory and control maintenance costs.
• Facilitate communication between planning, production, quality, procurement, HSE and maintenance teams.
• Respond to equipment failures, coordinate corrective actions and support root‑cause analysis.
• Manage external service providers, contractors, suppliers and OEMs.
• Maintain maintenance records, KPIs and prepare periodic reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred; strong experience may substitute.
• 3–7 years of maintenance coordination experience in manufacturing, preferably paint, chemical or process industries.
• Hands‑on experience with rotating and process equipment such as dissolvers, mixers, pumps, compressors and filling systems.
• Familiarity with HSE standards in chemical environments.
• Strong planning, organisation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
