Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical & Reliability Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Engineer to join our technical team in Jafurah. This role is critical for ensuring the operational excellence and reliability of our mechanical systems, with a strong focus on optimizing equipment performance and maintaining the highest safety standards.

Main Missions

• Ensure the reliability and continuous operation of rotating equipment through proactive monitoring and analysis.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on major equipment failures to implement effective corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Interpret technical documentation, including P&IDs, equipment manuals, and maintenance procedures, to guide repair activities.
• Prepare detailed technical reports regarding equipment status, maintenance activities, and reliability metrics.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to safety protocols.

Profile Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 0 to 5 years of professional experience as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Strong technical expertise in rotating equipment and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide sustainable solutions.
• Commitment to safety excellence and rigorous adherence to industrial standards.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of rotating equipment and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting P&IDs and technical schematics.
• Excellent computer literacy and ability to use maintenance management software.
• Strong technical writing skills for professional reporting.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
