Maintenance Manager – Facilities & Technical Maintenance

About the role

Urban Builders is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all facility and technical maintenance activities across its Jeddah portfolio. The role combines hands‑on technical work with team leadership, ensuring that buildings, systems and equipment remain safe, functional and well‑maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and supervise daily maintenance operations, responding promptly to requests and breakdowns.
• Oversee electrical maintenance, including lighting, panels, breakers, switches and fault troubleshooting.
• Supervise plumbing and water‑system upkeep, handling leaks, blockages, pressure issues and pump performance.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance, monitoring system performance and engaging specialist contractors when needed.
• Manage elevator preventive maintenance and emergency repairs with approved service providers.
• Direct swimming‑pool and fountain maintenance, ensuring proper operation of pumps, filters and circulation systems.
• Lead landscaping, gardening and irrigation maintenance, guaranteeing functional irrigation equipment.
• Supervise general cleaning and deep‑cleaning activities across all facilities.

Required profile

• Proven practical experience in multi‑disciplinary building maintenance.
• Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate external contractors.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize work based on urgency and operational impact.
