Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Manager leads the maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability, uptime, and production continuity across the shop. This position supports new product introductions, production ramp‑up, and steady‑state operations by implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for GA equipment and production systems.
• Maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, and operational standards while maximizing uptime.
• Support new program launches by overseeing equipment installation, commissioning, and readiness.
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering during equipment handover, validation, and acceptance testing.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Maintenance Engineers, Technicians, and Specialists.
• Allocate resources across shifts, define priorities, and drive performance management.
• Monitor equipment performance, improve MTBF and MTTR, and lead root‑cause analysis for failures.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a maintenance environment.
• Experience implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Background supporting equipment readiness for new product introductions and production ramp‑up.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional teams and allocate resources effectively.
